what the heck is this wire for?

In an earlier Post, I mentioned that my 2018 Thor Chateau (Sprinter 3500 3.0 Diesel) had a dead & bad battery. It's not that easy to replace but once I did so, problem solved....BUT...I found this unresolved issue:

If you look at the picture below you'll see this loose wire laying on the drivers side floor. Well to replace the battery, I had to remove the factory floor mat (that included sound deadening). After removing it, I found this wire laying on the floor. It comes from the battery box cabling mess and then goes thru the center console and back out again. I thought I must have pulled it loose while I removed the flooring and/or the metal battery lid. But, after installing the new battery, I tested everything electrical and so far, everything seems to be working. I caped the wire (I didn't test it for current) and wrapped it with electrical tape and left it were it was. Did MB or Thor leave a wire complete with plastic conduit laying around like that? I took off the lower housing to the center console but couldn't really see any location missing a wire.

Any ideas? Note the picture below is upside down.

I believe that might be the wire for the trailer brake

It's for the optional "ejection seat" for the passenger side.

Blueis normal color for brake wire, if you have 7 pin trailer connector.
