Question Cable TV Problem

I have a 2018 Fourwinds 23U. It had 2 TV's one outside and one inside. The inside TV broke so I took the one from outside and mounted it on the frame over the bunk. When I tried to connect to the campground cable TV it does not recognize when it is scanning. Is there a splitter that I need to deal with to get the cable to work?

Did the original TV get cable?
Did the replacement TV get cable in the outside position?
Does OTA work?
Did you turn off the OTA amplifier when connected to cable?

Do you have the antenna booster turned off? In the TV menu set for cable scan?

Exclamation Cable TV issue

I had never tried to connect to cable before this week. I have owned it for a year. I don't know about the items that were discussed in the replies. Please educate me !

The antenna booster is usually located where the main TV indoors coaxial cable connects to the coach, there is a little black button on the face plate and a red light, light on is for over the air antenna booster, light off is for cable.
The main menu on the TV will have a channel scan feature for over the air and for cable.
