Have a 2014 palozzo. Where can the slide controller be found?

depends on which slide you are talking about... your model may be different than others(ours is a 33.3 bunkhouse)... but typically they are found in the storage bay below the slide. We have one in the main driver side bay, on the ceiling, and one on the ceiling in the passenger side Inverter bay, below the bedroom slide.

Do you have an issue we can help you with?

I have a slide that is chewed up. We have an appointment for repair. I am only trying to find the controller for large slide in event I need it. On drivers side I have only found on ceiling of storage bay controller for leveling jacks.

what model number of Palazzo do you own?

the controller is mounted on the ceiling, and it has several 'lights' that may give a code when there is a problem. It also has an 'override' button that is used to override the controller, or actually make the motors run at full power, when a slide stops or doesn't seem to want to retract fully, etc.

Thor has some information on their website, and several youtube videos you can easily search and find show you how to do this.

There is no 'manual' why to move the slide, other than to disengage the motors via the controller, and push the slide in/out by pure muscle.
