having an issue getting the control panel to work, the lighting control panels and main panel are not responding to the push buttons. Thew lighting panel lights up when the button is pushed but then turns off and nothing works. Any ideas?

We need a little more information and clarity.

Are you saying that the Touch Display is not working / responsind and the multiplex switched are not responding as well? Or are only the multiplex switches not responding?

If it is just the switches, there is a pairing procedure you can try. If the Touch Display is not responding, you should try rebooting the system by cutrting the 12V power in one of two ways:

1) If not on shore power - Put the Use / Store switch in the Store position and wait about a minute. This will cut the 12V power and allow the display and the control board to power down. Then put the Use / Store back in the Use position to bring the system back up and see what happens.

2) If on shore power - Turn the breaker for the Converter off. Then put the Use / Store switch in the Store position and wait about a minute. Then put the Use / Store back in the Use position to bring the system back up and turn the Converter breaker back on and see what happens.

From what I understand firefly is super supportive so give them a call if the reboot and or pairing advice above does not work.
