Firefly loss of power
I have a 2018 Palazzo 33.2 with the digital interface panel I think is called the Firefly. I’m in South Louisiana and our storage bldg along with large areas around it lost power for days. When I finally got over there a few days later my iPhone based blue tooth interface seems to be working OK for lights and AC, etc but the panel itself has several error messages. Climate Control screen shows “ Temp Sensor” errors on both ACS’s and will not allow me to turn on either AC, however my phone interface will allow me to select Cool and set temp, etc. On the Home Screen no values are being displayed for anything just dash lines for House and Chassis battery voltage, all tank levels, front and rear temp. I don’t think it will allow me to select start for water pump, water heater, etc. Ever seen this and / or any thoughts on how to “reset” the system? Also, why would the panel itself not display or control while my phone app via the Bluetooth interface seems to work fine! Not using it for a few weeks so thinking about taking it to local dealer as I don’t have much time to mess with it unless there is a quick/ easy reset. May call Thor customer support line? Thanks for any suggestions!
