Intermittent not starting

I have this problem when I start the engine nothing happens. I have power and everything lights up and there’s no click or anything. Then I’ll turn the key and it starts right up. Anyone have this issue?

Park/Neutral interlock out of adjustment? Try pulling up on the gearshift next time it happens.

Thanks limbo and tfryman after getting it to the ford dealer, it was an intermittent starter cillanoid. We replaced the sterner and all is well
