Fleetwood Southwind Electrical Appliances

1986 fleetwood southwind. so far our RV hasn't had any big problems sense we bought it it which puts it at 4 maybe 4 and a half months of it being ours now. This past two weeks the refrigerator was loosing temp and its a gas electric. It ended up stoping all together, we thought it was the thermistor needing replaced so we cleared out our stuff into the garage refrigerator at my parents. let it thaw all that tried starting it again no luck and then we were going to order the part but now the a.c. stopped working. they both are original and hardwired on board appliances. the breaker is only ready 83 volts and 117 volts on the other side. would it be common that the breaker not qorking right bave these appliances stop working.

Sounds like you aren’t at a campground... what kind/amperage outlet are you plugged into. And with what cords/adapters? Do you have any surge suppressor/voltage monitor?
What breaker are you taking those readings at?
Did you try running the fridge on gas?

Sounding like trying to draw too much through thin cord... resulting in low voltage.
That is not a good thing for appliances with compressors like the AC.
