Class C Cover - are they worth it?

Have a 32foot Class C rv with dual AC units. Thinking about buying a cover for sun protection here in Arizona. Are the covers worth it? Recommended brands?

I had an Elements cover for my 29H Outlaw.
But after thinking about the potential consequences of me stumbling around on a roof without railings: I never tried to put it on...
Are YOU up to the task?

Bob, great question and the answer is I'm not sure. I might have to get help to put it on/off.

I purchased a cover for our Freedom Elite 30FE when I bought it three years ago because I had a cover for the TT we had before it.
I never even opened the box for the 30FE cover when I discovered that the MH was a bit taller than the TT plus my son was not available to help me with a cover anymore.
It now sits in my storage shed, unused.

Just be careful... we don't want to hear about any accidents.

The short answer is NO!
As mentioned by Bob & LandKO, are you physically able to haul that heavy bulky package up/down a ladder then to wrestle it around the roof hopscotching all the protrusions while 10-12' off the ground.
If the rv is in southern Arizona the winds & dust can cause lots of chaffing everywhere the cover hits the rv, not to mention it'll only last a couple winter or summer season before it's shredded due to the haboobs.
Get a good wax job, park it front or rear, not broadside, to the west & spend the cover $$$ on something more useful, less hazardous, like sunscreens for all the windows.
Mentioning windows, had a glass man tell that the worst thing folks here in Arizona do is put the Reflectix bubble insulation on the inside of the windows. He says that ruins more insulated windows due to the excessive heat generated by the sun reflecting off the foil backing. He further stated to put the sunscreens up, especially on the west side, then if you want the Reflectix put it outside between the window & the sunscreens when you're not there.
