Balmar SOC stuck at 83%

My Balmar monitor is stuck at 83%. Is there a way to test why this is happening?

That usually means the batteries have lost capacity and now have 83% of the original capacity when they are fully charged. Look up the instructions how to reset it at a lower amp hour rating so it is 100%. That also means that your batteries are getting old.
