Most likely the flush is actually connected properly, the electronics reading the grey and black tanks are wired wrong. I had this problem with my Axis 24.1 and it was an easy fix, additionally they found the wiring to heat the tanks was never connected

Wish that was the case
But in my Rv I did a test
Emptied both the black and gray tanks
Then performed flush for about 5 min with both valves on tanks closed
Wala
The gray tank was the only one that had water when I flushed each tank one at a time

Most likely the wiring to the tanks are crossed, so your gauges are backwards. That was the problem with my Axis 24.1 easy fix and they found wiring to heat the tanks never connected.

Are you sure valves color pulls are correct? My black tank is not next to grey tank.

Wow. They screwed up the flush on both sets of tanks? I have an 2018 37.1, and while I’ve found my share of boneheaded things Thor did, nothing was quite at that fundamental level. If you need pics, let me know. I imagine they haven’t changed too much with regards to the tanks.

My favorite so far with ours: When we got the unit, we didn’t notice it was missing the Firefly wireless control panel by the door. It wasn’t until we saw a 2019 with one that we thought it would me nice to have, so I started looking into what it would take to add one. Then I happened to notice there we’re existing screw holes where the panel should be. I eventually looked at the main control panel in the hall and I noticed there was a battery reading for the missing control, so it was somewhere in the coach. After opening up and examining pretty much every crevice in the unit, I eventually found it under the sink cabinet by removing the inverter panel and looking around inside that cavity between the floor of the cabinet and the vinyl floor. Makes you wonder why there we’re previously used screw holes for the panel when it was clearly never attached.

Yes for sure
Thor quality control is non existent I think
They build them too too fast
We had over 20 issues with ours even before we took delivery
And to top it off the dealer gave me a 20 minute crash course on the Rv
Mind you this is my first Rv I’ve owned
Seems incredible to me
I’ve learned more on this forum that from the manufacturer or the dealer
If you can send me pics of your flush tank arrangement on your Rv

Flushing Tanks

I had a similar issue on my 2019 Hurricane. The drain lines were reversed on the forward set of holding tanks. Flush lines were correctly installed correctly. I took my unit back to Thor in Indiana and they corrected the problem. I strongly recommend taking your unit to them rather than have a local repair facility try to fix it. They will also repair any other issues you have in a few days.

btm,

"emphasized"
I get Dealer is 5 hrs away and you personally may not wish to return if you can do yourself, but seems to me the dealer should take as warranty repair and you can schedule at your convenience or next trip. Something else will occur sooner or later.
If for no other reason, give Thor a chance to fix the problem to make it right. You have brand new unit and it is warranty. You will have the rest of your life to fix all of the things that may go wrong.

Good luck
