Ford V-10 fuel filter

Looking to replace fuel filter on Challenger. Anyone have experience with this?

Depending on year (2011+), I believe the F53 chassis gas units are integrated with fuel pump in the gas tank.....according to the attached link.

FYI, Ford service department said fuel filter is internal. Thanks for the input.
