Need recommendations for Exterior Sealant/Caulking

We appear to have a leak in the vicinity of the kitchen exhaust. Any recommendations for a good caulk would be greatly appreciated. We have done a little research and the options are making us more confused! It seems like a self leveling caulk would be good for us as this will be our first time working on the exterior caulk. We have a 2001 Windsport 30Q we have been renovating. We were about to install a new kitchen counter and sink when we noticed a wet spot behind/below the exhaust hood and a few drips on the counter. It's been a little rainy and very windy lately. Thanks!

I use Dicor both self leveling and regular. Others have a favorite and several top of the line products will do nicely

Dicor is a brand name - they make lap sealant: self-leveling and non-sag, as well as other products:

The "other product" they make for what your are trying to do is called a Cap Sealant:
