Fresh water fill
Hello all,
Just got back from a nice trip at the coast with the Mrs.
Went to fill fresh water tank and got water running into 2 bays.
Pretty positive its the filler neck clamp….
Is the hose to fresh water tank long enough for me to just unscrew the 3 bolts at the fill neck and pull out, retighten, or am I just wishing?

Hey Terry...... glad to hear you and the misses got out in the coach!

If I recall the last time I was under my Magnitude, I think it was a blue PEX line going to the city water port. If your Super C has the same plumbing as mine, might be tough to pull out very far unless you disconnect it from the "T" fitting where the pump and fresh water tank is located.

Hey Chris,
Thanks had a great time.
Ted, thanks you made the repair easy, I got lucky.
From the photo, this has been leaking for sometime. We dont use much water so sitting there yesterday refilling the tank, it was low, I noticed a small drip.
Pic of problem below.
Did I mention I got lucky.

Hey Terry....

When I was under the coach yesterday doing my inverter upgrade project I did verify that they are now using PEX to connect the City Water port to the plumbing in the house in the Super C's.

Maybe they had some issues and decided to use PEX.... or maybe it was just easier to stick with PEX for everything.

The way I see it, pex would have been better. So, maybe thor did an improvement?
