Fresh Water Main Valve

Can someone please tell me where the fresh water main valve is. I was filling up my fresh water tank and it was steady running out. I consigned it at the RV dealership where I bought it and several things happened, this being one.

Running out... like on the ground?

Sometimes there is a spigot from the water tank to the outside skin of the RV. It should be readily apparent if you have one of these as the water should be exiting the spigot.

Otherwise, if it is just a dump tube, I'd look for a drain somewhere around the bottom of the fresh water tank.

My RV is a 2013 Thor Hurricane and that's the one I need to know where the fresh water main valve is. Sorry.

What are you calling the "fresh water main valve"?
Drain, fill, ??
