Outlaw29h low drain pipe

Got a stupid question, I haven’t used my outlaw 29h recently and just went to Rv park turned on water and big leak under neath coming out of blue pipe. There are no valves or anything else on the pipe . I checked under neath shower and t valves are closed position. Please help , thanks

That’s your low point drain and yes the shut off is under the shower.
The valve leaked on me once and I had to open and close it a couple of times to stop it.

If the valve is bad,I would just add a cap to the end instead of trying to replace it in that confined area

There will be a valve on the blue line (cold) and one on the red line (hot). They can be tough to reach and it is tough to tell which position is open and which is closed.

If you are sure they are closed, then try opening and closing it again to try and get it to reseal itself.

Otherwise hopefully there is enough PEX sticking out under the coach so you can install a new shut off valve. I would actually do it anyway and then leave the valves under the show open. Then you will have valves that are much easier to reach when you want to drain the water lines.
