Fresh Water Tank Pump

I am not getting any water into the unit from the fresh water tank. City supply works fine. I had a dealer winterize the unit. The valves at the water heater are set fine. Could there be a valve on the water pump that needs turned. I have a 2010 Damon Tuscany. Also water pump sitting on top of the water tank and I can not find a way to get to it or view it.

What water control system does your rig have?
1. Is there water in your fresh water tank? Do you hear you pump run when you turn it on?
No, add water. If there is try step 2.
2. On mine, I have to place the selector on normal to use the water pump. Maybe your selector is still on city fixture

On the suction side of your pump should be a valve which is used to add anti-freeze to the system. It may not have been returned to the normal position.

Even if it is in the normal position you need to open a cold water faucet and let the pump run for a while If the pump is on top of the FW tank it has a long way to suck water up to the pump to start pumping water instead of air.

When mine is on fresh water tank, it is for to fill the tank from the hose.
A picture of your water control panel might be helpful.
