Fridge won’t turn on

My in-house battery completely drained , bad cell. Replaced battery but now the fridge will not come on. No lights on the fridge panel will work . Neighbor tested power cord in outside panel where it is plugged in and showing power going to it. Any ideas? Is there a fuse that could be bad? I have no idea which fuse it would be without removing them all to check? 2007 Thor majestic class c motorhome.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Make and Model

Please provide make and model of the fridge. Some have a fuse in the fridge outside access panel, check for voltages there.
Your breaker/fuse panel should have a fuse there.
A manual and voltmeter are good 'tools' to have.

I assume that was the 120 VAC plug he tested? That is solely for the heating element. Your fridge needs 12 VDC control power to work and light up the indicator lights. This normally comes from the "Appliances" fuse in your Power Center which gets 12 VDC from either the house battery if not on SP so the battery disconnect must be closed: or from the converter if plugged in to SP (or the generator is running).

Name (Norcold) helps, so here is a video that may help you... or may not... there are other vids for other models that may help more.
