Front Cap support broken

We have a 2015 Thor Challenger. I had noticed when the coach was on jacks I could no longer open the drivers side basement door because of rubbing on the top. My headlights stopped working and when I was checking the ground which is attached to the front cap support I found the support had broken loose from the chassis.
Has anyone experienced anything like this and is this something Thor should be responsible for repairing. I have contacted Thor customer service but not response as of yet.
I have attached a picture of the broken support
Thanks

I see no responses to your posting as yet. My first reaction.....good luck getting anything done on your coach from Thor now.....but maybe the Grinch will have mercy on you. It looks like this socket and pin connection has been open for a while considering the rust formation. Assuming Thor ignores you, I wonder if you can clean up the rust situation a little and then try to gently move and re-seat the support beam back onto the chassis pin portion with some careful prying or small jack?
Is the matching connection on the other side of the coach welded or fastened in some way? If yes you may need to get some welding done once reseated.....precautions with that process and your coach electrical systems.

I agree... unless you've you have an extended warranty: this might be a tough pill to swallow.
Try massaging it back into place, and see what steps need to be taken to secure it properly: good luck!

I would hit one of the local in town fab shops in your area. Your issues seemingly horrendous to us is a joke to them. The fab. Shop guys are extremely talented at what they do and love a good off the wall challenge. (Like the stainless steel sandbox or planters made for our home).

Don't email Thor Customer Service (CS) but call them on Tuesday, (877) 855-2867, have the last 8 digits of your VIN ready (I added that in my contacts on the phone. Take more pics to have ready. They are pretty responsive.
