Where was it lost at??

I think you are looking for a replacement for the lost part?

Call Thor and get a part number.
Then call your local Thor authorized dealer parts department to have them order it for you.

Or you can contact Total Value RV in Elkhart and order it through them and have them ship it directly to you.

Good Luck!

I have one left over from my 2016 Axis - new and never used , if Thor won’t send you one.

You realize that as soon as you send it out one of your's will fall off.

Let it! I traded it in for a Winnebago Travato last month.

We looked at a Travato 2 summers ago, when Ron thought he wanted to downsize...decided we like our Axis.. trade off wasn't worth it to us.

Hope you like it … I really would like to have the Winnebago bed/mattress system !

We had a Vegas and Axis for six years and loved ours too. Two trips to Alaska and multiple trips out west and to Canada. We lived in it for 4 months one trip. But the last several years we have just used it to travel between our two homes in Florida and Nova Scotia, so the downsize makes sense at this time in our lives. It’s a lot easier to drive, Park and get around town in, but if we still were spending months rather than weeks at a time in it, we would still have our Axis.

P.S The bed system certainly was comfortable the four nights we have slept on it. Surprisingly, my wife likes the shower just as well too. The wrap around curtain means that only thing that get wet is the toilet and it’s not bad to get that area cleaned every night. My wife’s two quilts moved nicely from the Axis to the Travato and cover the sheets and blankets during the day. So you down have to make or unmake the beds. So far, the only real downside has been the storage (as expected). Unloading the Axis, I realized how much unused but absolutely necessary (we thought) stuff we had in there.

Understood...I remember your postings about your Alaskan trips, etc. We are to the point where we may be cutting out the long trips...and fly instead. There comes a time when you must make those adjustments ..
It is always good to see your posts.

The wet bath/shower in the back did not deter us from the Travato as our first motorhome had one and the adjustment was fine. The deal breaker for us was the small refrigerator...how you all doing with that ?
Our other problem, at the time...the dealer low-balled us on our trade-in ...and our 2016 Axis 2 yrs ago was like new...still is !!

We haven’t gone on a long trip yet, but we were surprised how much the fridge held on our short three day trip. While we used to stay at campgrounds for 3-4 day’s and cook, our road travels now often have us stop for a big lunch and then eat light in the evening. There are some shortfalls that you have to be willing to live with, but I think we are there. I’ve enjoyed your posts too. We’ve bot( been on here for a while. Happy trails.
