Do you have some pictures of it?

Is it off only by like a half inch or two inches or more? Is the seal in contact on both sides when out or in?

My small slide is off about half inch but all seals are in full contact with open and closed so I dont worry about it.

As big as your RV is your slide might be as long as my entire RV is so hopefully someone with a large RV and give you some tips before you bring in your RV to be checked out.

Let us know what you find out.

It opens and closes all the way it’s a 28.75 foot slide , just won’t operate evenly back seems slower

Have you asked your Dealer about it?
It might not hurt to get their opinion on it...

My slide does that also, it’s a2015 Chateau 31W class c with the full slide. I’m getting it adjusted on the 30th at a dealer near me. He said it’s just a timing adjustment, he told me how todo it but it sounded a little out of my pay grade so I’m leaving it to the professional. But I als have a couple other issues I need taken care of too

It is very easy to time. With your slide fully retracted, extend it 4-6 inches and stop. Retract holding the switch until it "amps out." Next repeat 4 more times. On the 5th step, extend it all the way, again making sure you "amp out."

Finally retract it all the way, again "amping out."

This will re-sync your slide. Important. If you ever partly extend or retract, you will have to re-sync again.

Replacement Sofa Bed Air Mattress for Tuscany 45lt

Hi,

We purchased a used 2013 Tuscany 45lt & the air mattress is missing & I wanted to know does anyone one have an idea where we can get the right size replacement air mattress? I measured the area when the couch is folded out & it is not a standard size mattress.

Thanks, Linda & Gerald

I'm afraid you're limited to a twin size if your flip-out couch is like ours was. The base is bigger than a twin, but not big enough for a full.
