Furnace

Have a Dometic DFMD30141 and it will fire, but after that it will not re-ignite and it gives me a airflow/limit switch fault. If I reset it on the switch on the furnace it will re-ignite. Sail switch is clean and my RV not has 4000 miles on it. The other thing is it appears to be doing it less often, meaning when I first tried it before our last camping trip it wouldn’t re-ignite unless I hit the off/reset switch. Now it seems to re-ignite a few times but it eventually gives the same error code. Any ideas? I did buy a new control board and igniter (figured having spare parts couldn’t hurt just in case) Thanks in advance.

Well it seems to be working now. Only thing I can figure is loose connection on sail or limit switch.

Or wet control board.

Could it actually have low airflow?? The manual says it requires min. three 4" outlets with a good inlet size. Do all yours have good airflow as too little and the sail switch will shut it down. Maybe check for a kinked duct too.

Mine was doing this when I didn’t open the propane tank valve enough. Started turning it all the way open and haven’t had a problem since. Maybe not your issue but worth checking.
