Furnace not igniting in 2018 Windport 29m

Hello, we have a 2018 Windport 29m and suddenly the furnace won't ignite. The blower cycles on, and the propane works on everything else in the rest of the rig, just not hearing the heater come on, or even try to strike. I believe it has the Atwood 35,000 BTU unit in there. Any ideas?

Attaching a trouble shoot summary for your situation. Sounds like the fan starts and runs OK when thermostat calls for heat but you are not getting the three spark attempts if I read your post correctly. You have a newer coach so sail switch problem seems unlikely unless you have dogs that lose lots of hair perhaps? There can be many reasons for this failure.....including a bad control board in the furnace.

Check the control board to see if it got wet.

Had the same issue TODAY in my 2016 Hurricane 29M while on a trip. I figured it was the board, called a Mobile RV guy. Luckily he had circuit boards on his truck, replaced it and now I have heat again.

This is my 2nd board - first one was replaced under warranty (slightly different symptoms).

Didn’t see any signs of water in this instance so idk why it went bad again.

If you are in the San Jose/Gilroy/Monterey area and need a Mobile RV guy, I recommend Nor Cal Mobile RV.

Hello I had a similar problem and I have the exact same furnace. My sail sensor was clean but I ended up bending it slightly towards the squirrel cage and it made all the difference. Question how did you solve your problem so we can all share.

I am having issues with both the furnace and water heater not firing on my 2018 Aria 3901. Problem just started. I have ignition tries in both but gas valve not opening. I did get the WH to fire by turning off shore power & house batteries for 10 minutes. I turned house batteries back on and got the WH to fire, but it shut off as soon as I turned on the shore power. I have had issues with the combo CO/propane detector showing a fault. Is there any connection from the detector that won’t let the gas valve open. Thanks for any help

Is there a chance you are having low DC voltage problems?

That's my guess as well; All his problems seem to be 12 VDC related.

I haven’t put a meter on it, but house batteries are showing around 13 volts at the control panel. I am away from the MH for a few days and plan to check voltage at both units when I return
