I want to change the oil in my 2023 Ace 29G motor home trying to get access to the engine from inside the coach is that possible by taking the dog house off ?? Or has anyone changed the oil and what is the easiest method to use to get the oil back in lol Not much room just looking for the most practical way

Based on the suggestion by Ducksface I purchased a 12v oil extraction pump from Amazon for $20. My battery is close enough that I can clip alligator clips to it. 5 qt container on ground. 5 minutes to fill at most. And I no longer lose any scalp material when changing oil. You’ll find the bigger challenge is to drain the oil from the pan. Mine will flow directly onto the axle, splashes and missed the container. So I put blocks under it so the used oil container is above the axle. No more mess. Also, grease tie rods, idler arm, and king pins. I previously read that for proper king pin lube you must have weight off the axle. So I raise front end off the ground with jacks. Makes for plenty of room underneath. Now my biggest challenge is getting rid of used motor oil.

You can access the engine through the doghouse - you can't add oil that way.

Any of the major auto parts stores will recycle your oil. I purchase my oil and filters from the same store I return the used oil too. Granted we pay a little more for the oil than at one of the Big Box Stores, but I don't feel like a heel for buying from Wally World then giving the auto parts store the waste oil. Besides what's a few extra bucks for oil in the grand scheme of RV maintenance.

If your Wally World has a service bay, they also take drain oil. Or, at least the one in my area with a service vey does.

An oil change pump can be used to suck out old and pump in new oil. But just as easy is a funnel with 2-3’ of pvc tubing attached. Hold the funnel with the windshield wiper while you pour new oil in.
The old oil is easily drained from the plug in the bottom of the oil pan.

I have the same issue. There’s a couple YouTube videos that may help, but I am going to add a Fumoto (Fumoto F-108N Engine Oil Drain Valve https://a.co/d/gQbuAZ3) to make draining easier, seeking an oil transfer pump to refill.

I installed the Fumoto valve on my Vegas and it is a great improvement. Drains slow, but I'm retired!
I have done the fill with a funnel and hose and it works well. A couple of times, I had the dashboard access open anyway, and filled it though that opening.

On the Thor Vegas, the desk area on the passenger side of the dash can be removed by taking out a number of screws. Underneath, there is a removable panel that gives access to the engine area. I am not sure if any other models have this desk.

That's not a normal access path for anything other than the chassis battery replacement. And the first time it's used for that the panel has to be cut out. How it is reattached is up to the replacer.
