Gap appeared in fold out bed

Hey all -

I have a 45 ft Tuscany AT. We don't use the fold out bed (couch) often but on occasion someone will stay over from the tailgate, weekend etc. This last time we noticed a gap has appeared between the top part of the bed (back rest when up) and the lower portion of the bed. The pictures will give you and idea of what I am talking about.

Anyway, I have looked and looked to find a lose bolt, bent frame etc. but cannot find anything.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated. The result is the back falls down past the stops and you cannot sleep on it.
