ATS Power Monitor Error

I’ve been on pedestal power for a week with no issues. I have a 2016 Elite Suites with invertor, generator, and 4 Lifeline AGMs. The power shut off and the ATS monitor shows L2 Open and L2 Lo. The pedestal checks out and I even plugged into a neighbor’s outlet with same result. No one else has the issue in the park.
The generator powers the camper fine. Is there something I can reset or where do I start? I do appreciate any responses but please don’t feel like you are talking down to me. I have been accused of being the lowest common denominator in any room.

You said it in your title: Check the ATS connections.

Found the issue. A wire came loose in the junction box near the hose reel. The wires fused. Cut, trimmed, and reattached and issue is resolved.

Well look at that, you just went from a LCD to a Prime Number in less than an hour! Good on you.
