Gemini Oil Change

Hello,Just had the oil changed on my 2017 Gemini 23tr ford transit 3.2 Diesel Motor Home @7674 miles.Ford dealer used 5w40 synthetic oil & ford oil filter
out the door with all fees & taxes $136.99

I just had the Ford dealer change our V10 about a month ago. 6qts synthetic & filter $75! I think you got the cork screw!

But....He got 13 and a third quarts of synthetic oil...

Anything less than that, and I'm a happy camper!

I didn't realize a small turbo diesel took 13qts! My bad! I drove truck for 20 yrs and knew they took a bunch. When the dipstick shows add on them it takes a gallon, instead of a quart. I should have researched before opening my mouth... LOL

I don't think that the charge for the oil change will even cover the cost of all of that oil!

Our Gemini on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis takes 14 quarts of 100% synthetic oil, and its only a 3.0L diesel. It does, however get between 16 and 17MPG.
