Yes, when you turn the switch the opposite way (which primes the Genny) hold it for like 15/20 seconds and the numbers will come up. I did this the other day when I changed my Genny oil so I could write it down in my note pad.
Plus priming for 30 seconds then wait about 1 minute allows my Genny to start on the first try. Otherwise it takes 3 or 4 trys (more wear and tear on the starter motor plus drains batteries quicker).
