It would be nice if we all had complete detailed schematics for our coaches, particularly the battery charge system.

This is a strange one since normally when either the use/store latching relay or the "typical" 50 amp in line mini re-settable breaker has failed open, you don't get coach battery power back through the converter/fuse panel....(no converter charging out to the coach battery either). But you had advised previously that your DC lights and fans worked OK with use/store on and other power sources off or disconnected.

A voltmeter across the coach batteries will confirm your battery test lamps on the control panel. Shore or gen charging via the converter for wet cell coach batteries (lightly or not loaded) should measure high 12's or into 13+vdc. Charging from engine alternator should be over 14vdc on coach and chassis batteries I would expect ( not sure what the Gemini has for charging scheme though). Maybe another owner will chime in with "the know". Let us know what you find out.

Not sure why you would hear a click in the transfer switch when you connect to shore power, the shore power connection going into the transfer switch and the output connection of the transfer switch are normally closed so there should be no click with shore power, when the generator is turned on you should hear the click as the generator connection is normally open and those contacts will close and the connection for the shore power will now be open, I did a lot of electrical up grades on my 2017 AXIS, inverter, solar panels and 4 gel cell batteries, Thor did a sloppy job leaving several connections loose and just laying the battery disconnect solenoid and the relays on the floor under the bed, loose screw rolling around all over, gel cell batteries need a different charger and my inverter has the charger built in so I disconcted the factory charger and yes the connections for it were loose

Do you ever hear the fan running inside your DC converter? If not, turn off all your circuit breakers; then back on.

Hi Junodtim, I've heard the fan (in the past) though not this time assuming because the ambient temp is cool here. I did re-set the breaker labeled converter but not ALL breakers. Think that would help?

SO the box under my drawer (under the microwave) contains an Automatic Transfer Relay 5100 Series. On Amazon this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...k_ql_qh_dp_hza
I believe this is what failed the last time I had a similar problem.
I didn't get the cover off (weak fingers) and don't have my multimeter yet anyways...
