House Battery not working

I have a 2018 Thor Four Winds 22E with 11k miles on it. Had it rented out in later Aug and renter complained the house battery being dead. I replaced it but still no power. If I plug in shore power there is power but once I unplug it, all power lost, the house battery switch by the entrance door does not work. How to diagnosis before I drive it to dealer? Is it possibly an inverter issue or should I check circuit/wire?

The switch by the door controls the battery disconnect latching relay. It will no work if there is no voltage from the batteries to the latching relay. There is a DC breaker, 50 or 70 amp, close to the batteries that supplies the latching relay. If it is tripped it would describe your symptoms exactly.

Trace that positive cable. It likely goes to a "splitter" stud. Then follow the outgoing cables from the splitter.
