low voltage is not any reason to change your house battery, as it is more of a 'low level' indicator to the owner that the battery reading is low for the hydraulic system to deploy or retract the legs... but they generally will work in MANUAL mode regardless.
These systems comtemplate needing a certain amount of Volts to work the full cycle, and I suspect are set too high, giving the low volts reading more often than really warranted.
Some will crank their generator, or leave their engine running, in order to help satisfy the warning, and wait for it to go off, when they can then use the AUTO button, but I prefer to use the MANUAL leveling method anyway, which is not inhibited by the warning.
If you are having no other issues with 12v devices, lights, etc., then, no, you don't really have any issue with your battery(s).
