Driver/Passenger side window leak, 2015 Thor Hurricane 35E

Greetings all,

I've had several issues with the driver and passenger windows on my 2015 Thor Hurricane.

The first issue was the passenger side window leaking from the top of the frame. After removing the window and reinstalling with new sealant, it started leaking again about a year later. It appears the cutout for the window is just slightly too large to allow a good seal. Ended up taking it in for repair and they just sealed around the outside of the window. No leaks since then.

Second problem was the drivers side sliding window track filling up with water. I ordered new seals directly from Lippert. I ordered the track seal (Flocked glass run channel) and the exterior seal (vinyl nosing). I did the drivers side first and the new seals matched the old ones. When I removed the passengers side, it was a different track seal and had weep holes all the way down, which explained why I didn't have issues with that side.

So if you're having problems with the tracks filling up, might check to see of the seal has weep holes in it.
