Grinding Noise at 2,000 RPM

I have a 2019 Thor Freedom Elite with Ford E350 front end. There is a grinding noise from the engine every time we hit 2,000 RPM. Only happens at 2,000 RPM. Ford mechanic put a shim on the driveline at the suggestion of Moreride who built the driveline. That did not fix the problem. Anyone have any thoughts?
