I am not sure we have the same problem, but it was pretty obvious where the broken piece on mine fit after I took the door down so that I could see the bottom. I just glued it back with wood glue and used a longer screw at an angle to miss the old crack. I think my broken piece was real wood. Good luck!

My door came apart and I took it off, glued with wood glue and clamps and then put these latches on to prevent it from moving while traveling. I put one on the top and bottom. has worked now for about 4 years.

I think I would like to remove the bedroom doors all together. I think we can live without them plus it will help to lighten the the coach. Just not sure how to get them off the track.

From my 10/3/19 post.
It was not difficult to take the doors down by rotating a little lever attaching the door to the hanger on the slide track. There are 2 on each door.
They are a little heavy, but you should not have a problem.

Yep, the hangers are at the top of the door.

We considered removing the doors, but now that we travel with our cat, the doors give us some overnight privacy if we want it.

This is the reason we stayed away from the Freedom Traveler, that door between galley and bed, will always rock and creek. I go nuts with this rattling noise. We have the THOR product with the retractable door on the wall just aft of the bathroom.

Our cat sits in the passenger's seat whether or not it's occupied.

So far out these straps on ours too and bottom. They have worked for the last 4 years.

We have Magnitude SV34 and our bathroom door became “detached” somehow and will no longer close all the way and lock. This happened once before when we hit a huge pothole and then had to brake. The whole
Mechanism failed and the door SLAMMED forward.

We were on our way to the factory so had them fix it. Now it’s done it again. When traveling, we insert a tension rod to keep it in the open position and to not allow movement.

If anyone has instructions on how to re-engage the locking mechanism, it’d be greatly appreciated!!

Now that's a great solution! I'll have to look at ours and see if that can be implemented. We currently use a velcro strap.

We have a set of sliding doors that open from the left to the right, not front to back, so there are minimal forces that tend to want to open or close the door. If privacy is the reason for keeping the door closed, I suppose a curtain would work as well. However, occasionally we use our door to keep the cat out of the bedroom at night, so a curtain won't work for us.

You have the same floorplan as us. Both the doors and the pantry can slam open when rocking the coach side to side by entering or leaving a roadway that has inverse curbs for drainage water flow.

here's an example of what someone has done to rectify this at a home driveway but you can't do anything about the gas stations and other public roadway entrances you may encounter.

I have the same situation in our FL home. No problem with the RV, but it's not comfortable on the motorcycles. Many have filled the dip with concrete, some use inserts like yours, but made of rubber. The drainage from these gullies is minimal, since the road is severely crowned and water runs along both sides of the road almost up to the top of the crown during heavy rains.

So take the dip, expand it on a gas station entrance and run across it with your MH at an angle so only one tire at a time drops into the dip. Instant carnival ride.

I did that...once. It's amazing how many times the RV oscillates back and forth.
