34J rear awning arm blowing out from under awning going down the road. How to adjust?

My rear arm of my electric awning is blowing out from under the rolled up awning going down the road. The wind and bumps are allowing it. It is the rear one which is the one facing the wind. I notice it has 2 allen screws that adjust the tilt, and 2 which do something else, but I don't know exactly what to do to adjust the tension on the arm itself.

Instructions on how to adjust the side arms on the Carefree of Colorado Latitude Patio Awning are on their website. The arm popping out is usually caused because the arms are not level. A little tilt to the front or back can be tolerated but not much. With the awning out, we like the roll about 6 feet from the ground (We are not a tall couple.)

Adjusting those screws will prevent the arm from popping out. It is simple, turn the top screw out and the bottom screw in. It might take a bit of futzing, but once you have the tilt correct the arms will stay behind the roled up awning no matter how rough the road.
