how to sanitize water tank on Thor Wave 26rls 2008

We just purchased a 2008 rv :thor wave 26rls model, from 2008. First time trailer owner.
It is great shape, the previous owners barely used it. We are trying to hook up the water, and there is a notice on the tank that the tank has to be sanitized. We have no idea how to do this, and cannot find a manual. Anybody know where we can find a manual? and/or, how to sanitize and fill a tank for use?

Bleach, just like at home.
Fill and drain.
A good idea would be to run it through all faucets, into your gray and black tanks, then flush those tanks too.

It's a house, on wheels.
The only difference is construction.
If you'll do it to your house, you can do it to the RV.

1/4 cup of bleach per 15 gal. of water. in the tank.

We will do this today. plan to use 15 gallon buckets , add the bleach and with a funnel put it into the tank, let it sit a couple hours then turn on faucets so water can flush through. thanks for the suggestions!!! Any idea how to get a manual for this puppy? I tried all the links online for external sources, and no luck.
