Auto level failure notice to return for service

I'm on the road. Thor Miramar 35, 2014/15 unit. Two days from home. My auto levelers worked first day out. Next day the lever stopped with unable to level code. I tried to retract the pads and the unit displayed a time out error message. It is stuck in that mode. It displays message to return for service. I can still drive since the the pads are all in the up position. Just can't use the system to level my coach. I stopped at a Camping World and asked about the problem. The maintenance man said he is booked up until March. he told me to try to restore the unit to manufacture settings by disconecting power to the unit. I tried the disconnect switch but power was not totally shut off. So I disconnected the coach battery and the house battery. I kept them off for about 15 min. That was the suggestion from Camping world.
That did not work.
I have the manuals but only God knows where in the coach I have them.

So other then going on as I have what suggestions do you have?

I'm traveling the state of FL for the next six weeks. Would like to be able to level the coach.

It seems like I read in another thread that if you disconnect the leveler control panel it woud reset the system. Maybe you could try that.

You can download the manual on the LCI web site

Some reset by pushing all 4 arrows at the same time

I would start with the manual or a call tomorrow

Battery

Do you have new house batteries? Won’t always get “low voltage” reading with a week cell in one of the batteries that causes the system to shut down.

Post #3 is one of two ways to reset the controller - it depends on which system you have. Go to the LCI website and find the documentation for your type of system which has troubleshooting in it as well.

Your leveling system and generator start are on the same 100 amp DC fuse in your house battery compartment. Make sure that is not tripped. It sounds like your hydraulic pump is not running (timeout) so maybe that fuse tripped or maybe you have bigger problems.
