Help axxera bedroom TV and Amazon fire stick not working

I have a new Amazon firestick lite. It works on the living room MHtv and the outside MH TV and in my house.
The 32 inch bedroom TV hdmi 3 port shows picture from firestick..tried many apps but no sound. After a few minutes the TV goes dark.

Is there any easy way to get behind the thor vegas 25.6 bedroom TV in order to check the current hdmi port or move it?

Fixed! There are 4 screws at the top and bottom of the TV. Removed 2 screws closest to hdmi. HDMI 3 IS BAD!
HDMI 2 WORKS. solved

Oddly enough, this thread came up on a search for answers to why my new Firestick wouldn't work on the stock Sucki 32 inch tv. The easy to find side HDMI port turned out to be dead, but the one on the bottom worked with the supplied extension.

I had an HDMI (ARC) port on my home TV not work and I fixed it by going into setting and (restoring) the TV. Kind of like restoring your computer and wiping everything out. I had to install all my apps and sign back into all my APP's.

It's a Samsung TV.
After this issue it's the only tv I'll buy.
You can scroll to support and put a ticket in right from the TV.
10 minutes later they called me and while on the phone got it fixed. Amazing tech support.

I agree we replaced all Vizio tv at home with 3 samsungs.
Tested Vizio and Samsung outdoor and Samsung screen brighter clearer.
Good to know for outside rv tv.
