Help! Generator running and pop!

2019 ACE 33.1...Had generator on, both AC’s, and turned on air fryer geez knew better BUT then pop everything went out except rear ac. EVERYTHING , slides wouldnt even work. But when we arrived to campground and plugged into shore power it all worked. Only when using gen do we have this issue. Checked all breakers in panel none tripped.

Any ideas? Thx so much

50 amp rig... genny itself will have 2 breakers. Sounds like you tripped one.
Everything going off would indicate you had use/store switch in Store position... so genny was powering converter providing 12v to coach on same leg/breaker that you tripped.

Thanks so much for reply.... Maybe a dumb question, all new to us bit when you say use/store switch is that something we need to be flipping as needed between use and store? Also any idea where another breaker would be? We checked all fuses and breakers inside all good. I see in battery compartment a 50 amp fuse but no other breakers.... where is it hiding? Any idea?

There is a breaker or two on the generator itself. Sounds like you tripped one of them. Look right on the front of the generator.

PS. This is our 3rd motor home over 22 years. Because ours is always plugged in at home, I think I have actually flipped the use/store switch twice in all that time. I just leave ours on always.

Use/store switch should be in USE anytime the rig is plugged in or occupied... This allows house batteries to be charged if plugged in or driving, and of course provides 12v power if boondocking.
It should be in STORE when the rig is... well... stored! No power, and not occupied. Prevents draining batteries while not in use. Note for some (maybe many) rigs this disconnect is not ‘complete’ and still results in some parasitic draw...

Breaker I referred to is on the generator itself.

use/store switch is for 12 volts. not 120.

By the entry steps. It may be labeled as the "battery disconnect" switch.

It's for sure going to be one of the breakers on the gen set. Open the compartment where the generator is and pull the case open by grabbing the top edge and pull. 2 breakers on the left with red lights. Re-set them. If the gen is running when you do this your power will come right on
