Help Getting Wiring Schematic

Hi,
I have a Thor Chateau 31L and would like the wiring diagram for some work I planned. I went to the manufacturer web site, filled out their Customer Service form and requested the wiring schematic for my coach. It's been a little over three weeks and, so far, nothing.

Did I request it the wrong way? There isn't much room in their form's comment section for asking or explaining things.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Is this the form you used (from the Owners section of the website, Customer Care button?)

Others have called and talked to someone to request their drawings/schematics. They list the "Owners Only" phone number as (877) 855-2867.

When I called Thor customer service to ask for all the schematics, they sent them to me via email in a few days. If it takes a week, call them again. Doubt you will have to do that.

You were right. I got them same day.
