Hard to tell from the pic. Make sure the stick is completely dry and engine has not been ran for at least several minutes.
Reinsert the stick until it bottoms out. Pull the dipstick back out leaving the end of the dipstick pointing towards the ground. Look at both sides of the dipstick to see where the first dry area on the stick is. That's your true oil level.

The first picture looks like it’s good. But like down south said, let it sit in there for minute to make sure everything has drained back down into the pan. Now if you just changed the oil and know you put in the correct amount you should be fine.

I'm not sure what you are trying to get off in your pics. You will have an engine oil fill cap that you should be able to reach without having to remove anything.
I'm not sure your engine oil is low. You need to verify that first.
Leave the engine shut off overnight. I assume the MH is parked.
Don't crank it back up and recheck the engine oil level again in the morning.

Scuba, perhaps you should take the RV in for at least your first service. You could ask the service tech the questions you have about what fluids are in which reservoirs. The first hand knowledge will prove invaluable.
Your Vegas is short enough to possibly fit in the service bays of the 30 minute oil change shops. My last class C fit into the express oil change places. When we were on the road that is where I had service done

If not that, find a helpful neighbor that is mechanically inclined, and ask for help. No offence, but with you poking around, you are likely to cause damage to your rig by not knowing what you are doing.

I do not have your vehicle or even your engine, but I will be astonished if there is a truck engine with no provision for adding oil except through the dipstick tube. Good luck!

Generally, oil fills enter the engine through the top of a valve cover. Generally, the chassis factory oil fill does not work when you slap the house over the engine so the MH manufacturer ads an extend-a-tube to put the fill opening when you can "reach" it (reach being a subjective word). So take the doghouse off and follow the tube from the top of the valve cover (assuming this new V8 is like 90+% of over V8s ever made).

When in doubt: lay the dipstick on a paper towel. The oil will clearly be visible.

Based on what I see in the first picture, your oil level is fine. Adding oil would be a mistake.

I checked it cold as suggested and right at the add line and below is consistent oil dot..above add was dry..

Also Ford said after 3100 miles the oil sits in a new motor correctly and that is when to do a real check..I am at 3200

Also I will call thor on the oil fill and it looks like the battery is under the passenger dash. Removed panel and factory completely sealed with screws all over

You need to read your manual and, more importantly, understand what that manual says. Ford says "Note: The oil consumption of new engines reaches its normal level after approximately 3,100 mi (5,000 km)."

Notice the word is "consumption" and not "level" or "sits". Consumption is use and for the first 3100 miles the engine may consume more oil than normal and then after the break-in period (over 3100 miles) the oil "consumption becomes normal. At a minimum, Ford says to check the oil every month and there is no mileage stipulation.

You need to find a Ford service center, not Thor, to service your E series Ford chassis. All Thor did was add the house onto the Ford chassis, if you need work on the rv portion contact Thor or your dealer, drivetrain find a Ford dealer.
I'd bet most of the folks at Thor know very little more than you do of what's under the hood!

Your second picture is too blurry/dark to be of any use.

On the first picture you can see the actual oil level where the RED arrow is pointing.

The oil on the side of the dipstick pointed at by the yellow arrow is just scrapped from the side of the dipstick tube. You can see on the lower side the dipstick is still dry. You could probably add a half quart but I think you are going to change the oil; if so, don't waster the new oil - you are in the operating range.
