Help picture of red blue white hoses after winterize?

There is a white pipe red shut off for main water tank.
There is a thin red and blue hose with a silver shut off.
Can't find a picture of how or which way to close after winter?

Yes forgot direction of shutoff

Handle perpendicular to the hose to shut the valve. Handle in line with the hose to open the valve.

BTW, those should be your low point drains.

Not sure the attached picture will help you or not......you will have to figure out your specific hoses and valves to match the applicable diagram.
