The stuff you got may have finally gone bad from moisture intrusion of the camera, there's no much you can do but replace the camera in this case.
If the LCD screen went bad, it can only be replaced with an entire head unit.
IMHO : I would replace the entire system with a new one, more modern and better quality with recording or whatever options you can get.
