Potable tank drain

I purchased a pre-owned 2015 Thor Vegas and I can’t figure out how to drain the potable water tank. The owners manual was no help. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

The drain petcock is just after the tank outlet on the line to the water pump.
I am sure Ed Felker's AXIS guide has the exact location

Which model Vegas do you have? If its the 24.1 the tank drain is under the passenger side rear bed--unscrew the two screws and lift off the bed base.

Be patient as it will take some time to drain the tank completely.

Ed's excellent crowd sourced Axis/Vegas owner's manual can be found here:

Yes I have a 24.1. When I get to my RV tomorrow I’ll look for it as you recommended. Thank you for the info. Another responder referred to that guide as well. I will goggle that now and purchase it!

No need to google or purchase anything, just click on the link above and download it (provided in my previous post).
