How about trying some tire sidewall cleaner? I've had decent luck with it...

I use a 3M rubbing compound to all surface irregularities (not on stickers or decals). Slight coat like applying wax, work in by hand, then hand buff with clean / dry micro fiber towel. Finish with a coat of auto wax or Protectall.

I would start with a cheaper 3M rubbing compound (Scratch Remover) and see if you get results. Nice part is you can always find a use for a good rubbing compound. I would only apply, buff and remove though by hand.

You say you ordered. Have you accepted the coach or is it still sitting on a dealer's lot waiting delivery. If the latter I would not accept delivery until it was corrected.

If the former, I would file a warranty claim and get it taken care of. Keep in mind that there is a time limit on filing warranty claims for cosmetic issues, drawer adjustments etc... That time limit is normally 30 or 90 days.

How do you know how deep that discoloration runs? You could end up cutting through the gel coat and wind up with a repair bill in the thousands A 2020 rig with a spot like that which will not come out with standard cleaners indicates a deeper problem.

Good luck.

What are the lines, scratches that are underneath running along the side rail?

That looks like improper use of a high speed buffer or polisher on fiberglass. Would have to see it up close to know for sure.

My thought as well. I guess I’d see if it’ll buff out but then I’d stop worrying about it. Unless it’s a whole lot worse in real life than it it’s in the photo you’ll only see it when the coach is newly washed. My machine is two years old and has several scars and scratches from living in the real world that I’ve learned to live with. And more often than not it is at least sort of dirty. It’s too bad but in the grand scheme of things it’s not as bad as some of the issues we all face every day. But that’s just me.
