Yes, most RVs do at some point. Some more frequently than others. Mix the bleach with some water to make it easier to pour in your FW tank fill. Fill the FW tank. Use the pump to pump it through all the fixtures. Drain the FW tank. Refill with fresh water. run the pump again to rinse lines and faucet, drain and refill when ready.

How does one pour a bucket into the small hole?

Carefully...
Seriously: try using a funnel, and pour from a very small container.

I take a water bottle (you know like Aquifina or Ice Mountain or whatever available bottled water). Use my pocket knife to cut a hole in the side about 2" across and use that as the "funnel" to put about 1/2 to 1 cup of bleach into the water tank which is already about 1/2 full. Then I proceed to fill it more (to something like 3/4). It does get a little messy so be careful not to bleach your clothes.

Then pump the water throughout the coach until you smell bleach at each faucet. Let that sit while I drain the water tank (takes some time).

Refill the water tank and flush out the bleach water after a few hours.

Recycle the cut water bottle.

Suggest you read the section on sanitizing the fresh water system in your owners manual. Sanitizing is recommended once per year or after long periods of non-usage or storage.

Besides a funnel, you can also purchase and use a hand operated siphon pump

Another option is to get some bleach tablets break up a couple and put them into you fill house. Then turn the water on and fill your tank.

Easiest way I've found is pour the correct amount of bleach into your water hose, hook up hose to your fill inlet, and turn water on.

Get one of these, or make one. It’s just a little tank into which you pour the appropriate amount of bleach and then use your hose to flush it into your water system. They are cheaper directly from the manufacturer but if I wanted another I’d make it out of a few PVC fittings and a short length of 2 inch pipe.
