HELP! Water leaking out full cap.

Set up in RV park. I have water pressure regulator on my hose connection. Turned On spigot and have water flowing from faucets. 12 hours later water is flowing out the Fill cap for the fresh water tank. Never had this issue camping before in our 2016 Hurricane 35C. Any suggestions why fresh water tank filled up and over flowing through filler cap???

Sometimes the anti reversion valve on your 12v pump gets stuck .
The standard fix is to shut off your city water supply and run your 12 volt water pump for a few minutes with a faucet opened.
In most cases that will reset the valve.

if not then there is debris in the valve and it will need to be disassembled and cleaned.

The check valve...but I like "anti-reversion" valve...I might use that.

Petew,

Tried you suggestion and it slowed the flow but didn't stop it. I turned off city water and will function off fresh water tank and 12 volt pump until we return home. Then I will disassemble valve and clean.

Thanks your response was very helpful.
