I assume Propane valve is open/turned on.

Is anything else running on propane, like the refrigerator?

If not, you can try to light the stove & let it burn a few mins to make sure there is no air in the lines.

I'm not sure if this is your problem, but it sounds like when my thermal cutoff fuse was bad in our last MH. Check the following link.

good luck,
Mike

probably just air in the line... turn on the stove for a while and let any air purge out, then try the gas water heater again...

If its a continuous hot water system like ours (2018 Vegas), I had same problem due to low water pressure (coach water pump). Worked fine on city water. Problem was blockage in the fresh water tank causing low water pressure.

They don't list the Girard system as an option for that model...
