If I’m right about that, is there a work around to get at least some of them to work off the battery bank?
You are correct. The batteries supply 12 VDC to lights, control power for the water heater, fridge, and thermostat, and maybe the USB ports in the bedroom. The outlets are 120 VAC which are powered by SP or the generator. The "work around" is to install an inverter that takes the battery DC voltage and creates 120 VAC. They can be as simple as this:
Or ones that can be permanently installed and connected to existing outlets. In your MH that would power the inside TV outlets, the front desk outlet, and the outlet in the cabinet behind the driver and by the power center.
