House batteries not charging

Just had an issue in our 2017 Miramar. At an RV park for three days. Plugged into shore power the whole time. All worked well until the third day when slide would not retract and lights started blinking. I Checked the battery status and found that they were almost totally discharged. All 110 appliances worked well. I am assuming that the shore power is not keeping the house batteries charged. Is there fuse for this function? Where would it be located? Other suggestions?
Any help would be appreciated.

The breaker for the converter is in your breaker panel. There are other things that will keep your house batteries from charging but even if they were dead, your converter should be supplying enough 12 VDC power to the DC buss that you wouldn't know it until you unplugged from SP.
