House Batteries not charging

I have a 2017 Thor Miramar. My house batteries will charge when driving and when I use the Generator. However, they do not charge when I am hooked up to shore power. The just slowly drain as I use them. Any suggestions?
Thanks for any help.

It's a shame that nobody has answered you, so I can give it a shot. Shore power and generator power both independently feed the Automatic Transfer Switch. From there, the coach doesn't care what provides the power, the ATS feeds your 120VAC circuit breaker panel. I assume that everything in the rig works on shore power, except for battery charging? And when you say shore power, it is either 30amp or 50 amp service? Has this problem been with you since the beginning, or did it start later?

The ATS or the charger: that's where I'd start.

What's the status of the Use/Transfer switch. It has to be in the Use position to charge the batteries in either scenario.

I had a similar problem with my Compass, turned out to be a bad solenoid which controls the power switch. It was located under the bed, Thor sent me a new one easy to install just disconnect coach batteries.

You have an inverter. When plugged in to shore power, the inverter should always read 13.1 volts or higher. If it doesn't the first suspect would be the charger, but since you state the generator will charge the batteries the the charger must be good and the batteries voltage must be above 13.1 volts. This is really odd. Sounds like you need to have an electrician look at the circuits.
